SPRING in Texas!

Rose bushes, blue bonnets and tulips are in bloom. The morning dove is back making her nest in the rain gutter out front for another year of hatching her young'ns. The sound of cheers after a crack of a bat and the smell of popcorn can be experienced at a local baseball field on the weekends.
SPRING IS HERE!!!

We are enjoying all the above and are officially parents of a young athlete. Austin is playing BlastBall this spring. (Blastball is pre-Tball for 4yr/olds) So this fills our weekends for the next 8 to 10wks with ballgames, parades and pictures. It is so fun to watch the boys and their fathers get out on the field and get excited about playing. (Not always sure who is more excited...sons or fathers :) )

Out of the Dark Ages...

For those of you that are checking this...yes, we still are doing okay, and we have not been abducted by aliens or moved away to another country. Our life has been ever changing the past year and just trying to get through each day.

Our internet at the house has been disconnected in hopes of moving soon to a temporary home nearby. (As well as our computer had to get totally rehauled after catching a virus....a dear friend of ours re-set the entire thing in about 3days) THANKS SHAWN!!!! I felt like I was back in the dark ages of middle-school of only being able to check my email at school and only having a Mac and no Windows...ugh! Well we have our computer and internet at Adam dad's home for the time being.

Some of you may wonder...move?...where?....temp home? We are prayerfully considering a move to be close to family back up north, where it is cold and snowy most of the year. We will need the prayers since all 3 of us are very acclimated to this Texas heat that we have 10mos out of the year. (We have only seen snow 3x in the past 6yrs, I have lived here.) Once our house sells, we are moving into Adam's parents home temporarily until we can find jobs and a home up north. (Yeah, stinky, time to be moving, huh? with our current economy) Well, we are just taking it day by day and praying that this is the plans God has for us...and if our house does not sell then we know He has other plans for us and will seek His will. We pray for God to allow the doors to open to the path He has before us and all doors to close.

Well I better get my more than energetic 3yr old settled to bed. I am working on getting updated pictures posted soon. (Thankfully, our camera has been working this summer...so we have pictures for those of you that have being asking.)

EASTER EGG HUNT

Easter at Papa and Nana's
Austin recently spent about 2 weeks in Minnesota with his Nana and Papa Wynia. He enjoyed having an Easter egg hunt with Aunt RaRa and Nana. He also loved helping Papa in the pig barns. But one thing he could not get used to was the cold weather. He constantly told Nana that he was "told" (for cold). Adam and I enjoyed the break from this very active and curious 3y/o. But the house did eventually become alittle too quiet and we did miss him. :) Here are a few pictures of the Easter Egg hunt and I will add more soon of the little farmer with the pigs.
We hope you had a blessed Easter season and enjoy the beautiful spring weather that God has made!!!

Eggs were even hidden in the snow piles.

Look how many eggs, Austin and Aunt "RaRa" found!

Technology! :(

Well, I am finally back to blogging again. It has been acouple months due to the busy holiday but also I didn't have too many new pictures to post on here. This is due to for Christmas, we got a new camera and it took me forever to get the software downloaded on our computer. Finally, tonight I did.
So, hopefully I will be able to keep everyone updated on us and especially pics of Austin.
Well, let me get started on a new post of some recent pics.

Our Christmas!

Sorry that this took me awhile to update. We had a good Christmas with the Brown family! Due to Adam's new job and no time off, we were not able to make it up north this year. We are still having some hard days and missing Ninny/Mom. We are trying to get adjusted back into a routine but it has been hard.

Here are some pics!
